Job Summary

To support a safe and enjoyable gaming environment, the part-time hourly Gaming Content Moderator will review user-generated content across various formats, ensuring compliance with community guidelines while working remotely from South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate reported content, including comments, chats, images, and videos, to determine adherence to community policies
• Escalate harmful content as necessary and provide feedback on technical or content-related issues to supervisors
• Stay updated on moderation guidelines and participate in scheduled training sessions

Required qualifications

• Excellent English reading and listening skills
• Experience in moderation, community management, or a strong familiarity with gaming platforms
• Knowledge of various social media platforms and current gaming trends
• Ability to work accurately under time pressure within SLA-driven workflows
• Self-discipline in managing remote work tasks and schedules
