- Provide daily feedback to BPO leadership on interaction trends and operational enhancements
- Monitor key metrics and collaborate with BPO leadership to resolve issues quickly
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer experience in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience
- Ability to work varying hours as needed
- Passionate about customer experience and continuous improvement
