Job Summary

  • Provide daily feedback to BPO leadership on interaction trends and operational enhancements
  • Monitor key metrics and collaborate with BPO leadership to resolve issues quickly


Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of customer experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience
  • Ability to work varying hours as needed
  • Passionate about customer experience and continuous improvement
