Gaming Licensed Compensation Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP Total Rewards to design and deliver innovative compensation plans
• Lead the compensation review process and ensure consistency in compensation planning and program administration
• Analyze market data to create compensation bands and maintain job architecture alignment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of compensation experience, preferably in a publicly traded company
• Technical knowledge of compensation design and experience with merit and equity award programs
• Familiarity with the Workday compensation planning tool
• Experience with M&A and international compensation programs
• Advanced skills in building and manipulating spreadsheets (Google Sheets and/or MS Excel)
