Job Summary
Leading the execution and optimization of key compensation programs, the full-time Manager, Compensation Operations will drive operational excellence across compensation cycles, governance, reporting, and systems optimization while working remotely to support a growing global workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of compensation programs, including annual merit and equity cycles, and cross-functional coordination related to equity administration processes
- Develop and manage project plans, governance processes, and operational documentation to ensure accurate and timely program delivery
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and streamline compensation processes through automation and operational optimization
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Compensation, Compensation Operations, or related Human Resources Operations functions
- Experience managing compensation programs within a complex, fast-paced organization
- Strong project management and operational optimization skills with a focus on scalability and governance
- Deep understanding of compensation operations, controls, compliance, and governance; SOX experience preferred
- Experience with Workday and compensation planning tools, along with advanced analytical and data management skills
