Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Merchandising & Gifting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the eCommerce strategy for DK Shop, focusing on merchandising, pricing, and promotional planning
• Own and scale DK Shop and gifting P&L, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Oversee inventory management, demand forecasting, fulfillment, and shipping operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years in eCommerce, retail, or merchandising
• Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in a revenue-driving business or channel
• Strong eCommerce expertise and experience managing P&L
• Proven vendor management and contract negotiation skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics for strategy and performance measurement
