Job Summary
As a full-time Lead Analyst on the People Analytics team, the successful candidate will shape data-driven talent decisions by translating complex data into actionable insights, leading predictive analyses, and collaborating with People leaders to enhance workforce strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to senior People leaders, providing clear insights that inform workforce decisions
- Lead exploratory and predictive analyses to identify talent trends and inform future strategies
- Design and maintain decision-oriented dashboards that highlight key people metrics across the business
Required qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in people analytics, data analytics, or a related field
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills; proficiency in Tableau or similar visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and shape strategy through data storytelling
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, data-rich environments
