Gaming Licensed Prediction Markets Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Prediction Markets Manager, the successful candidate will manage the operations of the prediction markets, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and ensure market integrity while collaborating with various teams to enhance the trading experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the DraftKings Exchange, ensuring reliable execution and operational support for prediction markets
• Drive real-time operational and technical support by resolving issues and partnering with Engineering to enhance platform performance
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement scalable processes that improve market integrity and customer experience

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in market operations, exchange operations, or a similar environment
• Deep knowledge of exchange and market structure concepts, including order books and liquidity
• Proven experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives in a regulated environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for operational performance evaluation and strategic decision-making
• A passion for prediction markets or financial markets, with flexibility to support shift coverage as needed
