Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Researcher to join their Sportsbook team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end user research initiatives using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle
- Communicate actionable insights and recommendations through reports and presentations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a hands-on researcher for digital products
- Expertise in a wide range of user research methods and tools
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- Familiarity with research tools such as UserTesting, Alchemer, and Dovetail
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field
