Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a hands-on researcher for digital products
• Expertise in a wide range of user research methods and tools
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into clear insights
• Familiarity with research tools such as UserTesting, Alchemer, and Dovetail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field
