Job Summary

Building high-scale backend systems, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and develop APIs for real-time applications in a remote environment, delivering production-ready code and owning services end-to-end.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable back-end systems and APIs for high-impact applications
• Deliver production-ready code and drive new features in a 24/7 sports betting environment
• Own the full software development lifecycle, ensuring systems are optimized for performance and reliability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience in object-oriented backend development using languages such as C# or Java
• Proven success in designing and building scalable distributed systems in Cloud environments like AWS or GCP
• Advanced proficiency in writing and maintaining automated test suites for large-scale backend services
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow other engineers through collaborative practices
