Job Summary
Collaborating with engineers and stakeholders, the full-time Software Engineer will provide first-level support for the AI Platform, build automation workflows, and develop integrations while working remotely in Canada.
Key responsibilities
- Act as first-level engineering support for the AI Platform, assisting with onboarding, usage, and troubleshooting
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows for platform operations using n8n and full-code solutions
- Develop custom integrations and connectors with internal services and external APIs
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript and/or C#
- Experience building and operating production-grade services, integrations, or automation systems
- Solid understanding of modern AI system fundamentals (e.g., RAG, agents, LLM tools)
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools (such as n8n) or willingness to learn them
