Job Summary

As a full-time remote Gaming Licensed Sports Operations Associate, the candidate will execute sports strategy across various leagues, manage on-site merchandising, and support game day operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and drive campaign success.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sports strategy by launching timely prediction markets for Basketball, Soccer, and Baseball
• Partner with various teams to deliver go-to-market campaigns and live event activations
• Support game day operations and respond to live moments, promotions, and in-game opportunities

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of sports and live event dynamics across multiple leagues
• Curiosity about prediction markets and their relationship with traditional sports betting
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset for refining strategies
