Gaming Licensed Trading Strategist

Job Summary

Defining and evolving systems for real-time market-making, the full-time Senior Lead Trading Strategist will lead the design and implementation of automated trading strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous refinement of market-making and trading strategies
• Translate quantitative research into scalable, production-grade trading systems in partnership with Engineers and Data Scientists
• Develop real-time decision engines that price markets and optimize inventory in response to high-frequency events

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in machine learning, quantitative modeling, or algorithmic strategy development
• Experience with automated trading systems, prediction markets, or decentralized finance environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with C++, C#, Java, or Rust
• Deep expertise in market making, market microstructure, and risk-aware optimization
• Strong foundation in statistical and probabilistic modeling, including time-series analysis
