Building authentic relationships with high-value players, the full-time Gaming Licensed VIP Host will manage player interactions, enhance loyalty, and drive engagement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with high-value players to increase engagement and loyalty
• Manage player relationships through proactive outreach and personalized communications
• Gather player feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Hospitality
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
