Job Summary

Leading workforce planning and optimization efforts, the full-time Workforce Management Retail Manager will analyze workforce data to improve staffing efficiency and operational scalability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage short-term and long-term workforce forecasts based on operational demand trends and business growth projections
• Design and execute workforce optimization strategies across a multi-site national fulfillment network
• Analyze workforce trends and labor performance metrics to inform strategic planning and labor cost modeling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Operations Management, Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in workforce management, labor planning, or operations analytics
• Experience developing workforce forecasts and labor models that support operational objectives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex workforce data
• Experience with workforce management and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R
