Job Summary

To support a globally recognized gaming brand, the freelance Gaming Moderator - Italian Licensed will work remotely, managing user-generated content in both Italian and English to ensure compliance with community guidelines and maintain a safe gaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate reported content, including comments, chats, images, videos, and audio files, according to established guidelines
• Escalate harmful content and inform supervisors of any technical issues or client concerns
• Meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for quality and quantity of moderated content

Required qualifications

• Excellent proficiency in both Italian and English, with outstanding reading skills
• Experience in moderation, community management, or a strong familiarity with gaming platforms
• Knowledge of various social media platforms and current gaming trends
• Comfortable using a range of technologies and online tools
• Ability to self-manage tasks and priorities while working remotely
