Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Market Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage market activity including creation, configuration, launch timing, and settlement procedures
• Provide operational support to Exchange Members on connectivity and market resolution
• Conduct real-time market surveillance to identify anomalies and escalate trade practice violations

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of market structure including order book and trading dynamics
• Flexibility to provide shift coverage for real-time market surveillance
• Enthusiasm for prediction markets, sports trading, or financial markets
• Experience in a trading role is a plus but not required
• Ability to work with partners across various teams
