Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Associate in Sports Operations (Predictions), the candidate will execute sports strategy by launching timely prediction markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams for go-to-market campaigns, and managing on-site merchandising while supporting game day operations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sports strategy across live sports windows by identifying key moments for prediction markets
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver go-to-market campaigns and live event activations
• Support game day operations, responding to live moments and promotions during peak sports seasons

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of sports and live event dynamics across multiple leagues
• Curiosity about prediction markets; prior experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, real-time environments while managing multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset to refine strategies
