Gaming Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving the future of personalized casino experiences, the full-time remote Manager, iGaming Operations will define strategies, optimize player engagement, and collaborate across teams to enhance customer interactions and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies for personalized player experiences across Casino and Golden Nugget brands
• Own and optimize the on-site player journey by establishing key performance indicators for engagement and retention
• Lead experimentation strategies, including A/B testing, to identify and scale successful customer experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in iGaming or online gaming with a strong understanding of casino operations
• Proven experience in developing personalization and customer experience strategies that drive business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and customer insights for decision-making
• Experience collaborating across Product, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations teams
