Gaming Project Specialist

Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional IT initiatives, the full-time Technical Project Specialist will drive the execution of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation project while collaborating with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs focused on IAM transformation and security initiatives
• Build and manage program plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics across multiple workstreams
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management within IT, infrastructure, or security environments
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives, particularly in IAM
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle, access provisioning, and authentication methods
• Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of security frameworks and audit requirements
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools like Jira
