Gaming QA Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gaming QA Lead to oversee software quality engineering programs and manage testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end software quality engineering programs and CI/CD pipeline execution
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to enforce quality standards and implement test automation strategies
• Integrate AI/ML tools into the quality engineering pipeline and deliver quality dashboards showcasing metrics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing/Quality Engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead role
• Experience in the gaming industry or with game development pipelines
• Strong background in test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, TypeScript, or C# preferred)
• Proven experience with AI/ML integration into QE workflows
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and modern DevTestOps practices
