Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Regulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily trade practice surveillance and support customer onboarding for compliance
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and investigate potential trade practice violations
• Build relationships with regulators and serve as the liaison with third-party service providers for market surveillance systems

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in market regulation or compliance
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycles, including order processing and settlement
• Familiarity with case management systems and market surveillance tools
• Genuine interest in prediction markets, sports trading, or financial markets
