Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Risk Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team focused on withdrawal risk operations
• Manage daily workflows to balance fraud prevention, customer experience, and operational efficiency
• Translate operational insights into requirements for tooling, policy, and process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Payments, Risk Operations, Fraud, or Financial Operations, including 2+ years managing people
• Deep understanding of withdrawal and payment risk concepts (ACH, cards, KYC, AML, chargebacks)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams
• Data fluency and proficiency with dashboards or tools such as SQL
