GAP Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Reviewing and adjudicating claims for the GAP product, the full-time Ancillary Specialist will ensure the correct amounts are applied to loans or returned to customers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify multiple documents related to GAP claims
• Adjudicate claims to ensure accurate processing and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment to meet time-sensitive requirements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
• Knowledge of GAP and/or insurance claims preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenging claims
