Gap Claims Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gap Specialist responsible for monitoring and processing Gap claims in accordance with established regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Process assigned volume within Gap claim processes while adhering to established service level agreements (SLA)
• Handle potential and actual Gap claim calls, ensuring compliance with call handling requirements
• Complete end-to-end Gap claim functions accurately and in accordance with relevant regulations and policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment
• Experience in the Gap claim process preferred
• Knowledge of Gap claim regulations and collections policies preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
