GAP Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Reviewing and adjudicating claims for the GAP product, the full-time Ancillary Specialist will verify documents to ensure accurate loan adjustments or customer reimbursements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate GAP claims to determine the correct amounts for loans or customer reimbursements
• Verify multiple documents to ensure compliance and accuracy in claims processing
• Collaborate with team members to meet time-sensitive deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
• Knowledge of GAP and/or insurance claims is preferred
• Experience in a customer service role is advantageous
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenging claims effectively
