GAP Claims Specialist

Job Summary

Reviewing and adjudicating claims for GAP products, the full-time Ancillary Specialist will verify documents to ensure accurate loan adjustments or customer reimbursements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate GAP claims to determine the appropriate amount to apply to loans or refund to customers
• Verify multiple documents to ensure compliance and accuracy in claims processing
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment to meet time-sensitive requirements

Required qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
• Preferred knowledge of GAP and/or insurance claims
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a team-oriented setting with strong collaboration skills
• Positive emotional resilience to handle challenging situations effectively
