Job Summary

Providing expert-level support, the full-time Garnishment Support Advisor will manage complex escalations, offer regulatory guidance, and oversee customer onboarding and audits in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage high-priority escalations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive resolution
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for complex garnishment scenarios, offering technical guidance
  • Conduct onboarding audits for new customers to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in garnishment operations, payroll services, or agency coordination
  • Strong knowledge of garnishment regulations and order lifecycles
  • Experience with Workday or similar HCM/payroll systems
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
