Job Summary
Providing expert-level support, the full-time Garnishment Support Advisor will manage complex escalations, offer regulatory guidance, and oversee customer onboarding and audits in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage high-priority escalations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive resolution
- Serve as the subject matter expert for complex garnishment scenarios, offering technical guidance
- Conduct onboarding audits for new customers to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in garnishment operations, payroll services, or agency coordination
- Strong knowledge of garnishment regulations and order lifecycles
- Experience with Workday or similar HCM/payroll systems
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
