Job Summary

A company is looking for a GC Product Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the comprehensive product roadmap and business strategy for the GC portfolio
• Deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including budget management and performance metrics
• Drive go-to-market plans and product launch initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Applications teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (8+ years) in product management or development in the scientific instrumentation industry
• Domain knowledge of Gas Chromatography, including instrumentation and method development
• Demonstrated high agency and a hands-on approach with a track record of delivering results
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related scientific/technical field; an MBA is a plus
