Gas Detection Technical Consultant
Job Summary
To support the deployment of integrated gas detection solutions, the full-time remote Gas Detection Technical Consultant will design customer installations, oversee onboarding processes, and provide advanced technical support for connected devices and software platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead installation design for connected portable gas detection solutions, ensuring integration of hardware and software for real-time monitoring and compliance
- Support end-to-end onboarding activities, including device provisioning, software account setup, and customer training on connected solutions
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for connected devices and platform integrations, acting as an escalation point for field engineers and customer success teams
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in gas detection, industrial IoT, or technical consulting
- Experience with cloud platforms, data connectivity, and telemetry systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Software, Industrial, or related)
- Knowledge of compliance standards in industrial safety
- Experience deploying enterprise-scale IoT systems
