Gas Detection Technical Consultant
Job Summary
To support the deployment of connected gas detection solutions, the remote Gas Detection Technical Consultant will design customer installations, manage onboarding processes, and provide advanced technical support while collaborating with sales and customer success teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and integration of connected portable gas detection solutions, ensuring scalability for real-time monitoring and compliance reporting
- Facilitate end-to-end onboarding activities, including device provisioning, software setup, and customer training on connected solutions
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for connected devices and platform integrations, acting as an escalation point for technical issues
Required qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in gas detection, industrial IoT, or technical consulting
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, data connectivity, and telemetry systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Software, Industrial, or related field)
- Experience with Safety Suite or similar industrial SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of compliance standards in industrial safety
