Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Services Manager - Gas Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and sales support by answering customer inquiries and generating sales quotations
• Conduct product training for internal and external audiences, and develop training materials as needed
• Evaluate product changes and design special/custom products while collaborating with various teams

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in gas pressure and flow control equipment or related fields
• Associates (2-yr) degree in a technical field
• Experience reading electrical or mechanical schematics
• Working knowledge of ERP systems related to inventory and customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
