Job Summary

To support the operations of a Fortune 500 Energy & Utilities client, the part-time Gas Service Scheduling Administrator will manage workload assignments for field service personnel, handle a high volume of inbound calls, and provide after-hours support, requiring a 6-week onsite training period in Charlotte before transitioning to a remote role.

Key responsibilities
  • Assign, route, and adjust workloads for field service personnel in daily operations
  • Handle inbound calls from technicians, first responders, and customers, including emergency situations
  • Monitor and optimize workflow for approximately 350 service technicians across a three-state area
Required qualifications
  • Experience with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) or CX (Customer Experience) suite
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or related administrative roles preferred
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and emergency situations calmly and efficiently
  • Willingness to work part-time weekends and holidays
