Job Summary
Leading a team of Regional Sales Trainers, the full-time salaried Gastroenterology Training Manager will develop and deliver training programs to enhance field capabilities, improve performance, and align training with business priorities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead field coaching strategies to enhance execution quality and commercial performance
- Design and deliver franchise-specific training content and learning pathways aligned with business needs
- Coach and develop Regional Sales Trainers to strengthen facilitation and business impact
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry or 2+ years in sales training or field coaching
- Strong understanding of field execution and commercial performance drivers
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
