Gateway Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To support the U.S. Federal Government's mission, the remote Gateway Automation Engineer will maintain EAG platform currency and coordinate technical delivery, focusing on runtime upgrades, SSO changes, and dependency remediation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess EAG components, dependencies, and migration impacts to identify currency risks
- Prepare and execute approved gateway/platform currency change packages within controlled boundaries
- Perform validation and update operational documentation after each currency event
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with API gateway or enterprise middleware platform operations
- Experience with IBM webMethods platform currency and dependency management preferred
- Familiarity with Federal IT change management processes and documentation
- Strong documentation skills for change records and operational documentation
- Active IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) required
