Gateway Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Developing and maintaining API-gateway automation components, the full-time Gateway Automation Engineer will focus on integrating with Government-owned CI/CD pipelines and approved DevSecOps toolchains while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EAG/API-gateway automation components for Government-approved CI/CD pipelines
• Create and validate configuration-as-code and deployment artifacts, ensuring compliance with automated checks
• Troubleshoot gateway-side CI/CD integration issues, including deployment failures and configuration errors

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in automation engineering or related fields
• 2+ years of experience integrating application/platform components with CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with Git, YAML/JSON, and scripting for build/deploy automation
• Experience with API gateways and application integration platforms
• Familiarity with pipeline-integrated validation and automated deployment checks
