Job Summary

Providing quality support to users, the full-time Elavon Gateway Support Technician will respond to end-user inquiries, resolve telecommunications and application-related issues, and develop documentation while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to end-user inquiries and troubleshoot problems related to telecommunications networks and core business applications
  • Isolate problem sources and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
  • Follow up with users to ensure successful problem resolution and maintain documentation of all activities
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of experience in telecommunications or applications programming
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using various software packages, including Microsoft Office
  • General knowledge of telecommunications equipment and systems
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred
