GCC High Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the dedicated licensing point of contact for high-value accounts, the full-time GCC High Licensing Specialist will manage customer relationships, advise on Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing structures, and train internal teams, all within a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep relationships with named accounts, responding with urgency and providing expert licensing support
• Advise customers on optimal licensing solutions, balancing cost, compliance, and growth needs
• Train and mentor internal teams on Microsoft licensing programs and best practices to enhance organizational knowledge

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure licensing, specifically GCC and GCC High licensing
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, features, and licensing models
• Experience advising customers or internal stakeholders on licensing decisions
• Ability to research and interpret Microsoft licensing documentation
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
