GCP Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support data integration efforts, a remote contract GCP Data Engineer will design, build, test, and maintain data systems while collaborating with technical leads and implementing solutions for third-party vendor integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of technology solutions ensuring resiliency, stability, and functional requirements
• Develop, maintain, and support existing data systems and platforms
• Implement integrations with new third-party vendors and establish new data patterns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, including application development or software implementation
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
