GDS Script Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GDS Script Writer to support their growing team in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, test, debug, document, and deploy GDS scripts to improve agent efficiency
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional Statements of Work
• Provide first-level support for travel technology systems and respond to service requests in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Worldspan and Travelport Plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in programming on platforms that integrate with multiple GDS systems is optional
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Travel knowledge and the ability to travel for projects or team meetings
