Gen AI Developer

Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of a Generative AI platform, the full-time Gen AI Developer Specialist will design, build, and operate a secure and scalable enterprise solution on AWS, supporting production-grade LLM applications in regulated environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS Bedrock-based solutions for LLM inference and ensure high availability and fault tolerance
• Establish operational frameworks for observability, security controls, compliance, and cost optimization
• Manage the architecture, deployment, operations, and continuous improvement of the GenAI platform

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI systems
• Strong understanding of AI evaluation techniques, including hallucination detection and bias assessment
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles such as fairness and transparency
• Proficiency in Python and experience with REST APIs and microservices
• Background in production support, reliability engineering, and AI governance
