Gen AI Developer

Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of a secure and scalable Generative AI platform, the full-time Gen AI Developer Specialist will design, build, and operate solutions on AWS while supporting production-grade LLM applications in regulated environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a secure, scalable enterprise Generative AI platform on AWS, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance
• Manage the full GenAI platform lifecycle, including architecture, deployment, operations, and continuous performance improvements
• Establish operational frameworks for observability, security controls, compliance, and cost optimization in cloud ML platforms

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI systems
• Strong understanding of AI evaluation techniques, including hallucination detection and bias assessment
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, such as fairness and transparency
• Proficiency in Python and experience with REST APIs and microservices
• Expertise in production support, reliability engineering, and AI governance
