Gen AI Developer

Job Summary

To drive innovative solutions, the full-time Gen AI Developer Specialist will translate business problems into Gen AI architectures, build prototypes into production services, and implement evaluation and safety measures while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business problems into Gen AI architectures and build end-to-end prototypes
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and work with vector databases
• Define evaluation methods for accuracy and bias, and implement security and compliance measures

Required qualifications

• Experience in LLM development and fine-tuning techniques (e.g., LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT)
• Proficiency in MLOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization
• Familiarity with data governance and regulatory compliance related to PII
• Strong understanding of retrieval systems and data quality checks
• Ability to document designs and collaborate with product and engineering teams
