Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Gen AI Engineer will utilize AI tooling throughout the development workflow, focusing on code generation, debugging, and effective communication of AI practices.

Key responsibilities

• Actively use AI tooling for code generation, review, documentation, and debugging
• Understand large language models and their applications in practical development without needing extensive research knowledge
• Communicate AI workflows and safety checks clearly to team members and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in AI development tooling and IDE-integrated assistants
• Experience with large language models, prompting patterns, and retrieval-augmented generation
• Strong foundation in .NET Full Stack and C# development
• Ability to apply safety and quality checks to AI-assisted outputs
• Clear understanding of the limitations and advantages of AI in engineering practices
