Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gen AI Researcher to advance technological innovation through research and development in natural language processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct innovative research in NLP and develop advanced SLMs and LLMs for domain-specific applications
• Design, implement, and optimize language models to effectively solve domain-specific problems
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in developing and optimizing SLMs and LLMs
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with NLP/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
• At least 7 years of research experience in areas such as NLP, machine learning, or deep learning
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and experience deploying AI models is a plus
