Job Summary

A company is looking for a GENAI CCAS Application Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Build, update, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and integrations
Write AWS Lambda functions and implement AI service orchestration
Create and monitor CloudWatch dashboards for key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 2-4 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
2+ years of software development experience with Python and AWS Lambda functions
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect setup and configuration
Experience integrating Lex V2 bots with Amazon Connect flows
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and Git-based CI/CD workflows
