GenAI Engineer

Job Summary

To drive the design and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, the remote-friendly GenAI Engineer will lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, prototyping, and delivery of AI-driven workflows and solutions using large language models and enterprise AI services
• Build and deploy robust Generative AI and ML solutions in production environments while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define AI-enabled solutions that meet business needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent through training, military, or education
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production
• Hands-on expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM orchestration, and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or a similar programming language with production-grade coding practices
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms through secure APIs and orchestration patterns
