Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the GenAI roadmap in collaboration with MOPs leaders and other stakeholders
• Architect scalable solutions by translating marketing and sales requirements into technical solutions using the martech stack
• Implement AI-powered workflows and lead the integration of AI functionalities across platforms

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a senior Marketing Operations, Technical Marketing, or Business Systems role, preferably in B2B enterprise software
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
• Experience implementing AI tools and data automation workflows from concept to completion
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex technical initiatives
• Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging generative AI technologies for business solutions
