Job Summary
A company is looking for a GenAI Platform Support Engineer (Tier 2).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding the GenAI Platform
- Document support interactions and perform root cause analysis for issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and monitor system performance
Required Qualifications
- Must possess or be able to obtain an active DoW Secret security clearance
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Tier 2/Escalation Support, System Administration, or DevOps roles in a cloud environment
- Advanced knowledge of Generative AI, GenAI APIs, and performance metrics
- Understanding of information security principles and best practices
- Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
