Job Summary

A company is looking for a GenAI Platform Support Engineer (Tier 2).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users regarding the GenAI Platform
  • Document support interactions and perform root cause analysis for issues
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and monitor system performance
Required Qualifications
  • Must possess or be able to obtain an active DoW Secret security clearance
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Tier 2/Escalation Support, System Administration, or DevOps roles in a cloud environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Generative AI, GenAI APIs, and performance metrics
  • Understanding of information security principles and best practices
  • Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
