GenAI Practice Associate

Job Summary

To support client engagements, the full-time GenAI Practice Associate will participate in interviews and enable external hiring processes across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate client interviews and onboarding processes for external hiring
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on candidate requirements and expectations
• Assist in the management of data science projects and initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience in data science or a related field
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and client engagement
• Strong understanding of GenAI technologies and applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as necessary
