Job Summary

A company is looking for a ML Tech Lead (GenAI, AWS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and set standards for ML projects
• Mentor and develop a team of ML engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering growth
• Engage in hands-on technical work, contributing code and developing ML frameworks

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge in multiple ML domains and extensive experience in production-grade ML systems
• Ability to design scalable ML architectures and strong understanding of MLOps
• Experience with modern LLM-based applications and proficiency in multiple ML frameworks
• Advanced AWS experience and understanding of data pipelines and infrastructure
• Strong software engineering skills, including clean code practices and CI/CD experience
